Lovely apartment in the centre of town, everything walkable.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
The apartment was clean and tidy with little extras to enhance the stay.
Well-equipped apartment that facilitated a smooth stay.
Overall value reflects a good experience.
A great family getaway with minor noise issues.
“Good location for a short stay”
Lovely location - had a good welcome from the team. The living room and kitchen were well set up with oil, spices etc and plenty of space to sit. Coffee machine was great.
The bathrooms smelt really bad and the main bedroom had a bed where you could feel the springs. The wardrobe in the twin bedroom wasn’t very useable.
“Superb”
Great apartment with a lot of kitchen stuff.
“Very good”
“Puerto de Santiago and Los Gigantes are lovely towns”
The rooftop is lovely and the mattresses are adequate.
The cleanliness. There are major issues with upkeep and maintenance, notably in the bathroom : dusty vents, the shower fixtures are plastic and not metal (as pictured), and these fixtures have a layer of limescale and other crud building up on them, notably at the bottle. The bathroom drains always smell and so they need to be kept closed, but there’s very little ventilation and it keeps them humid which is gross. There is mold growing on the tiles in the corner of the bathroom. All this is what happens when foreign owners buy places they rarely set foot in and don’t keep up themselves, to put the squeeze on other tourists. In the kitchen and the bathroom the drains clog very easily. Comments that say the kitchen is well-equipped seem to me surprising : the tools in the kitchen are old and rusting and/or half broken, the knifes are dull, the non-stick cookwear is all scratched up (literally a health hazard !! PFAS, look them up, you shouldn’t expect guests to cook with this stuff), no pans were available to use the oven so we bought some ourselves (along with draino, so we could wash up after using the kitchen…)
“plaza square”
been a few times within the area first time I stayed in Puerto de Santiago. the apartment was spacious ,clean and well stocked for self catering also a good central location for shops, bars restaurants etc.the roof top pool is great with fantastic views. on the square opposite the apartment there's a little Spanish bar called the plaza it's very reasonable price wise for food and drinks owner is very helpful, two minute walk there is an Italian pizza place very good and very reasonable also .if you like a walk there is plenty to see absaloutly stunning scenery. would recommend this place and will be booking again . thanks Pat McDaid
“Pleasant”
