Place was perfect spotless, host helpful, location couldnt be better, great place to stay, quiet complex great neighbours.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Arcos B2 in Puerto del Carmen, and it was an exceptional experience. The host was amazing, providing great communication from the start. Finding the room and key was straightforward, and my request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated. One standout moment was when I asked if there was a kettle available. Within an hour, a brand new kettle was left outside the door—talk about excellent service! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The shower was also good, providing a refreshing end to a day of exploring. The location of Los Arcos B2 is perfect. It's close to bars and restaurants, yet the area remains peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful stay. Overall, I highly recommend Los Arcos B2 for its fantastic host, comfortable amenities, and prime location.
