We were so very impressed with this rental. We paid an average price and we expected average accommodation. What we received, exceeded our expectations in every way and the 4 of us were unanimous. The property owner waited until 2am to meet and greet us at the property because our flight was delayed. He was super friendly and showed us every room and how to use the facilities. This was a really welcome gesture because we were all tired and didn't want any hassles. Parking is available in the station car park that's only 5 mins away. The property is huge with 4 good size double bedrooms and one is en-suite. The location is just perfect. A small balcony leads off the front TV room and overlooks the beach - I could sit there all day!, There is also a huge balcony on the upper floor which gets the afternoon and evening sun. Wifi works everywhere, there is a washing machine and ample drying space. Plenty of towels. Suitable kitchen with good functioning appliances. Everywhere was clean and fresh. The property is next to the beach and Altea beach wasn't at all crowded (we went last week of May). It was a pleasure to walk up and down the beach front that sits around the corner from the front door of this property. I thoroughly recommend this for groups of couples, friends, and families.
