“nice stay, a little far out of town if you have mobility issues.”

well, the appartment was close to the beach. the pool area was nice. the property appears secure. the bus stop was close by. the terrace was ok, I should imagine in warmer months it would be pleasant to sit outside. communication was very good from hosts.

To be improved

it was a downstairs flat so you could hear everything in the upstairs flat, especially when they went to the toilet! the flat was small for 4 adults, maybe better suited to a family with younger children. it was quite a walk to town, albeit a nice walk. up a lot of steps, the walk along the beach the other way is pleasant. the terrace is in the shade and chilly ( this time of year)

The best

The apartment is spotless! NEW! - private parking inside the complex - large and clean pool - good beds - 2 separate rooms - everything inside is new (no mold, chipped tables and corners, etc) - all the amenities with new washing machine and dryer + dish washing machine - spacious for 4 people - close to the beach

To be improved

- internet was sometimes slow but I've heard that it is a problem on all the Canaries

“Exceptional”

The best

Location was great. The promenade and beach was just around the corner. The compound and grounds are well maintained. The apartments are clean with all mod-cons. The pool area is fenced off with gate access, this is great as it allows little kids to play out without danger of falling into the pool.

“Wonderful spring holiday”

The best

The beach is very close, there are many restaurants around. The pool is wonderfull. Though a road is close, the noise was not a problem at all. The appartment is well equipped (washing machine and drier, all what you need in the kitchen), rooms are well separated.

To be improved

The walls and the ceiling are not properly insulate noise. The beds are not very strong. For example if you knee on the bed, the bed rods fall apart and you have to repair.

The best

Comfortable well equipped apartment in great location - quiet and close to nice beaches. Host was very helpful. Nice pool (unheated) with lots of seating. Small well maintained complex.

To be improved

Patio only got sun in the morning but there was plenty of seating in the sun by the pool

This apartment is not sound proofed at ALL. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear absolutely everything!! My family are all completely shattered, didnt sleep a wink for the full week.. All you hear is scrapping furniture, footsteps and crying children, blaring TVs from the apartments above. Such a shame as a great apartment otherwise. Came for a restful week and all going home needing much recuperation. Not worth the money. AVOID.
