The villa was very spacious and clean,Had an amazing pool and house was so well equipped. it is in a great location.The owners of the property were very quick to respond if we had an queries. Ideal property for families, Will definitely return. 🥰

The best

The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped (once we found the cutlery drawer 🤣) The owner was quick to reply when I asked questions and helped without delay, even though they too are away with their family. It was secure and there was space to park the car on a drive. There were some playing cards to use as well as a few other little bits for kids in the lounge cupboards. The local supermarket is a short walk away, although we had use of a car, and just around the corner we're a few bars and restaurants, a park and somewhere for our teenage sons to play football/basketball. Not far from La Zenia boulevard or Torrevieja water park and the beach in Torrevieja has activities in the water like pedalos and inflatable obstacle course. Be aware, the Irish bar around the corner, the drinks are quite expensive 5€ for a beer (alot when elsewhere is 3€ or under) and cocktails were 9€ each. Better off using a Spanish bar. (We only went in as the Olympics were on)

To be improved

The villa needed a little maintenance, on arrival we noticed the main door was damaged and the kitchen door had a broken window and a couple of shutters didnt work properly. We informed the owner immediately. The pool was kept nice and clean (we had a visit from the pool people) but the hot tub needed chemicals as it had mosquito larvae. I didn't like that there wasn't a key for the bottom door by the parking (mainly for safety reasons) but other than that nothing really. Nothing that would put me off I'd d still like to stay at this villa again

“A great few days in the sun in a spacious villa. Not perfect but very decent.”

The best

Villa was very spacious with a lovely pool. There are some signes of wear and tear but the host advised these have been reported and will be fixed. The host was very responsive to any questions I had.

To be improved

The hot tub was not usable - there were worms in the water. Some wear and tear issues, e.g. front lock needs replaced, cracked glass on a patio door, broken fridge shelf. The host was aware of the issues and will be getting them fixed.

The villa was very spacious and in a good location for bars ,restaurants and supermarket. Fabulous big pool and plenty of room around villa with a fantastic roof area

To be improved

When we arrived the main front door and lock were very badly damaged and it wasn't a very good 1st impression. The villa needs a little bit of maintenance done on it like kitchen patio door cracked window & door wouldn't open busted lock also living room shutter not working tiles loose going to roof top ensuite sink blocked silly things like that but it would not put me off staying again.please this is not a negative review only pointing out to owner of this beautiful villa who may not know of these issues .
