Location was not bad, many in reasonable walking distance.

To be improved

I miss cofee machine, dryer and a way to keep window open of bedroom without neighbors looking inside, also they are one meter away and can be heard. More privasy would be conformable.

Everything is close to this apartment - shops, buses, beaches .. 🙂 The Internet was great (600+ Mb/s)

To be improved

The amount of hot water was limited (small boiler). Finding a parking place in this area is quite a challenge.. fortunately it's not necessary to have a car all the time

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, all facilities are a few minutes away

To be improved

in the evening there is quite noisy from the internal staircase that has other apartments, in addition, you can regularly hear an engine noise from an internal courtyard from the kitchen window, which can be quite annoying.

Perfect location, near the beach and bus stop. In the apartment you will find everything you need and for cooking also . Perfect price for that facilities . Lady who met me was very nice and helpful

Very poor isolation , so be ready to live in big family:)

The best

The apartment is in a great location near many places of interest in Las Palmas including Playa Las Canteras and there are good public transport links nearby to places all around the island. The apartment was clean and very well equipped and communication with Yasmina was very easy and quick. I would happily stay there again!
