We paid a lot of money for a small flat with a great view from the terrace. Unfortunately we couldn't use the space outside because our chain-smoking neighbours stank the place out. We couldn't even open the window! You shouldn't sell the place as non-smoking when you allow smoking on the terrace. Very dissatisfied with that.

The only downside for me was that we were provided with only one large and one small towel each, with no hand towel available in the bathroom.

Firstly, it’s situated in a residential area characterized by numerous street stairs, making access difficult, especially for those with mobility issues. Additionally, it’s far from key amenities such as the beach, restaurants, bus stops, and leisure centers, necessitating the use of public transport for any outings. Moreover, the absence of a TV subscription, such as Netflix, meant that entertainment options were limited. This was disappointing, particularly since it wasn’t mentioned prior to booking. Furthermore, I was surprised to find out upon making the reservation that a £200 deposit was required, which was not advertised upfront. This lack of transparency was concerning and should be communicated clearly to guests beforehand. In terms of the accommodation itself, the bathroom door slid rather than closing like a traditional door, resulting in a lack of privacy and increased noise transmission. Additionally, there was a window that allowed light to enter, making it difficult to sleep. I would recommend bringing an eye mask for a more comfortable sleeping experience.
