The best

I stayed 7 nights in room 1 (Amarillo). The room was on the ground floor and had a window onto the street. The street was relatively quiet and the window had adequate sound-proofing. I am a light sleeper so I always use earplugs when travelling and this was sufficient to block all noise. I never saw the owners but the instructions for accessing the room, which were sent on the day of arrival, were clear. The room was very clean. There is a sign you can hang outside the room door if you want the room cleaning during your stay. The room facilities were good for the price and in accord with the pictures. The bathroom could be ventilated by opening a covered high window into the hallway - this was sufficient. The location was excellent for the San Telmo bus station (less than 10 minutes walk) and the historic area (about 15 minutes walk). There was a cafe and supermarket nearby. The neighbourhood was safe. I would happily stay here again.

To be improved

I found (and captured) a lone cockroach in the room one evening.
