From the start to the finish this holiday was perfection. The owner Christine and her son Rudolf and Greg are so kind and welcoming and communication was great. She organised my transfer to and from the airport, again so easy and seamless. Location is ideal, the view is simply divine! Apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Less than 5 min walk to Los Cris beach, cafes, shops, bakeries, restaurants. So much choice and every meal, coffee etc was 10/10. Loved San Gabriel for Italian and ThaiRico was something else. Supermarket right across the road for all your needs. The complex is so secure and quiet I felt so at home I did not want to leave at all! Lovely quiet pool area. I love the outdoor steps to get up to the apartment (lift is there if you prefer) but the steps provided great holiday exercise and a gorgeous view all the way. I will definitely return and stay here again honestly one of my best holidays and accommodation experiences ever!! Los Cris is a gorgeous area, recommend walking a further 5-10 mins to check out Las Vistas beach too that was my favourite. Area is mostly flat and you can walk everywhere. Walked to Las Americas a couple of times, again a flat walk all along the beach. You must go to the History - evolution of music show there that was insanely good - like full on broadway production wow! Fell in love with Los Cris and will certainly be back, and back to this gorgeous apartment, a home from home!

The apartment is located in a multi-family building on the tenth floor, with a direct view of the port and the ocean. The location of the apartment is about 300 meters from the beach. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. It has two bedrooms and a living room connected to the kitchen.The building has a private pool exclusively for residents, as well as a bar offering local snacks. Additionally, there are two tennis courts and a basketball court. Since there are many apartments in this building, you should expect some noise from the neighbors, which the owner has no control over.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Fabulous view from the balcony of the beach. The location is excellent just few minutes from the sea front. The host was welcoming and friendly. Would recommend a stay at this apartment

The apartment is very clean, well maintained and has all the facilities that you could need for your stay. The vue is beautiful, especially in the evening. Good communication with the host Christine, we had welcome drinks waiting in the fridge which we really appreciated...we will definitely come back.
