To be improved

Stairs could be a problem for the elderly. Owners really need to sort out the confusing door locks and means of entry. More towels please.

The apartments are spacious, large, you can see the ocean.

To be improved

The apartment is right on the street. There are containers in front of the windows where bottles are thrown and broken all night. There are bars where music plays very loudly all night. The street and the parking are very busy in front of the windows.

The best

From check-in to check-out, the whole experience was excellent 👌. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and even better than the pics (work has been done). The apartment is well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view is truly stunning, and the location is excellent for exploring the local areas. The only time we used transport was to visit Loro Park zoo (highly recommend visiting). Everything else was walking distance. We would highly recommend doing the Ultimate Buggy trip, which takes you high up in the mountains to visit Mount Tiede. NB: You will need to take your driving licence if you want to book this trip. We also visited Siam Park. There is a free bus, but we were told it would be best to either walk or get a taxi for under 10 euro. Get there as early as possible because it's mega busy. The kids also enjoyed paddle boarding and did this a couple of times for 15 euro per board/entire day hire. We booked all of our trips with a nice chap called Patrick at Atlantic Excursions. NB: The more activities you book, the better the price. There are also so many bars and restaurants nearby. However, please note that some of the more popular ones will require booking in advance. I definitely recommend you pay a visit to the Vegas Grill (booking advised) and Taurus/no booking necessary. Lastly, we found the locals to all be extremely friendly, which was lovely. Please note that check-out is normally 11 am. However, Federica kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until our taxi picked us up at 5.30pm, which was greatly appreciated as it enabled us to have another enjoyable day before heading back to the appartment to freshen up prior to our flight home. I recommend Federica apartment without hesitation. First class service and facilities. Many thanks, Louise & family

The only suggestion I'd make is the addition of a smart speaker, but that's just because I personally love a radio in the background when getting ready.
