This host scammed us. The check-in was at 2 am. When we arrived at the apartment, it was extremely dirty (insects and beetles everywhere, including the kitchen, inside the pots, around the cutlery; there was a used razor in the shower, dust everywhere, etc.), so we decided to spend just one night (because it was very late) and asked the host for a full refund. The agreement with Paramount Holidays (the host) was made via WhatsApp for a full refund except for the first night (during which we had nightmares because of the many insects). We agreed to this to avoid further problems. However, a few days later, we were surprised to find that the host sent only a partial refund, as they also charged 80€ for cleaning fees (a robbery, since the apartment was not cleaned at all), without any prior mention of this fee. Booking did not help us at all, so in the end, we spent one nightmare night for over 140€. Huge scam.
