We didn’t have any toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, or dishwashing detergent. Bring your own, or you can buy everything at the mini market just below the accommodation. This was the only downside, because for the price, the owner could have at least provided these basic necessities. Another possible downside for some might be the distance from the beach. It’s about a 15-minute walk downhill, but if you don’t want to stay in a noisy center, then it’s a good location.

I was literally *locked out* of the vacation home upon arrival. The agency gave me incorrect instructions on how to enter: they told me to press a buzzer and the gate would open. However, the video they sent clearly showed that a *key* was needed to open the very same gate. The result? I was stuck outside for over an hour. The “solution” they offered was to ask a *neighbor* to let me in. Once inside, I was finally able to access the lockbox, get the keys, and enter the apartment. But it gets worse. I decided to go buy some water, and when I tried to open the gate from the inside, I got *trapped* inside the property. I called the agency again — hours passed trying to find a solution. Eventually, they told me someone would help the *next morning*. At this point I called Booking.com, who tried to contact the agency as well. It turned into a never-ending back and forth, with no real resolution. The next morning? No one from the agency even *bothered* to call. I'm still waiting for a refund for all the stress and wasted time. This apartment is a *complete scam*. Avoid it if you value your peace of mind. A bit noisy due to central location and distant building works that could be heard all over los cristianos. Definitely got fitter from climbing stairs as it is located in an elevated position, fantastic views, great value for money.
