The hotel is really charming. Cozy. The electronic locks work perfectly. The rooms are pretty and well lit and the beds and the shower are comfortable. It smells really nice, a mix of wood and cleanliness, without smelling as cleaning products, which I really hate. And it has nice details, like a water boiler with some tea bags, a nice mirror and hangers on the walls, besides a little closet. The breakfast room is adorable. With an electric fireplace, traditional jazz music playing, a nice decoration and the owner of the place cooking traditional Spanish breakfast. Because it's a small hotel, there aren't many tables and everybody says good morning to each other. I also enjoyed the white linen table cloths and nice tableware at breakfast. It turns simple into sophisticated.

To be improved

The wi-fi in my second floor room was patchy and I really needed it during the weekend. The manager was really kind and offered me to work from the breakfast room, which I did. Also, the breakfast is absolutely delicious but they always serve the same cake, which is good but not unforgettable. Varying the cake would be a good idea.

“Clean and comfortable room with great shower. Big living room on GF, where you can take a break. Kind owner did their best to make a wonderful stay for us. Easy parking on the street , short walking to the main plazza. Highly recommend.”

No human staff. Just a text message and had to download app to get into property. Very dark and if you don’t walk quick enough you get caught out in the dark on the stairs. 2 insects in the bed was very concerning. Next day left early for ferry home and again no staff and no option for a breakfast. . Breakfast only available between 9-1030. . Then no staff meant we couldn’t pay at location. Staff rang me and couldn’t speak English and my Spanish very poor. Gave two credit cards and they still couldn’t work it out so then had to do a bank transfer. All via booking.com as staff could not understand and were rude. .
