“Not worth the money”

The best

We didn't like it at all. It was overpriced and underwhelming. I spoke with the host and he moved us to the apartment 2b which was larger.

To be improved

We couldn't use the hot tub for the full week. The first two days it did rain so we understand that. The rest of the week was sunshine. We got informed for our safety we could not use due to electrical storms. Like I say five days out of seven were perfect days .We had paid a lot of money and wanted to treat ourselves at Christmas. We could not even enjoy the garden. The apartment we were moved to was larger. It was clean and had a comfy bed. It did get quite cold on an evening though . Our communication with the host started ok. Then it went really downhill after we kept asking to use the jacuzzi. This is the first negative review we have ever left a property and we travel quite often. Even during the rest of this holiday in Tenerife we have stayed at another three and all of these have been great. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Also I have been waiting for over a week for a receipt and the owner just ignores any attempts of communication.
