The best

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for the beach, bars, restaurants and groceries. The bus from the airport stops a few streets away and the beach is only a couple of minutes by foot. The apartment itself is well equipped for basic cooking, and the bathroom and balcony are a great size. The pool onsite is clean and convenient. Great communication from the host. I would absolutely stay again.

To be improved

This is not a negative about the apartment at all, but a slightly confusing red/green sticker system on some of the doors in the complex (I think it's a hangover from Corona times?) doesn't correspond to which doors actually do and don't work. It was just a bit confusing at first but fine once you ignore the stickers.

Nothing not to like,the Place is newly renovated,literally 3mins walking to the beach,it’s in the center but quite during the evening !the owner is friendly and approachable!

“Amazing stay. We will definitely be back soon!”

The best

It is a very nice appartment located perfectly close to the beach but also just 15min away from CITA and many restaurants as well as 2min away from KASBAH with many clubs and bars - as a plus the elevator directly leaves you out at the upper street level. The pool was also quite nice and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

To be improved

Only very very few and really minor things. 1. It would be great to have a parasol on the balcony 2. Apart from the available pans there is only one pot usable for an induction cooker, it would be nice to have one or two pots more 3. Maybe think about adding a dish washer 4. There are quite a few constructions ongoing in the area right next to the building

This property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and presented.

To be improved

The only issue with this location is that some of the outside areas needed some maintenance. The pool area however was well kept and very clean.

“Quite location in the middle of action”

The best

We liked the location because it was close to the beach and restaurants, and it had a supermarket in a building. It had also access to the rooftop street on a hill so you could easily explore another area too or take a bus to a neighbouring beaches or Las Palmas. We liked to sit and eat our meals on a balcony and take a sunbathing by the pool. It has a very nice and practical bathroom.

To be improved

The bedroom is a bit difficult to ventilate and is a bit small.
