“Great location, good price, but poor comfort of stay”

The best

Great location, very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The pools are very nice and large enough for a hotel of this size. There are enough sunbeds. Excellent communication with the owners, and the staff are very helpful. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Very good blackout curtains on the windows.

To be improved

The awful smell in the bathroom from the sewage system was unbearable! It was awful. There was a lot of damage in the apartment – the flush valve was broken, the shower head was falling off, the shower door was stuck… Many things needed repair or replacement. The building was undergoing renovations, so our apartment might be renovated soon. There was no air conditioning. The reception was only open during the day, and no one kept the silence at night. There was no parking nearby – you'd have to be lucky to find a free spot nearby.

“Great for group of friends”

Room as spacious for 4 adults. Location is good, easy access from the airport, via the bus. Plenty of services around (supermarket, restaurants, bars and more) Room was clean; Staff is friendly and helpful

To be improved

I found the mattress a bit hard. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

“Great for a budget short stay for us.”

Good location, nice terrace area accessed from the apartment and it had everything we needed for our last minute decision to stay in Playa Del Inglés

To be improved

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but when I mentioned this on check out the lady said that she could provide a mattress topper so if we had been staying more than one night, that would have been resolved.
