“We travelled to Tenerife for a wedding and extended our stay either side for a holiday”
The best

It was an easy process, we were met by someone who managed the property. They were able to explain where everything was etc. The place was clean and spacious. We went during an unexpected heatwave which meant it was uncomfortable at night, but this is not the fault of the property. The pool was great, and while shared with 3 other properties was mostly empty. It was nice and clean and went a long way to helping us cool down after 37C heat!

To be improved

We incurred a charge for late check-in for a delay that was completely out of our control as our flight was delayed. Along with an incredibly expensive taxi from the airport, it made travelling it took away the benefits of travelling a day early. Perhaps by using another method to get the keys like a combination box, or a door code, we could have avoided this.
