Nothing.

To be improved

The apartment was disgusting. The floor was dirty (after 5 minutes of walking barefoot my soles were black). Someone else's hair in the shower. Crusty dishes with food remnants. The oven was out of order. Fungus on the bath curtain. Cobwebs in the corners. A thick layer of dust on top of some of the furniture. Grime in the cupboards. Defective shutters in the bedroom. We left the apartment after the first night. There were NO concessions by the landlady - she kept the complete amount for a four-day booking and offered nothing in return. Arbitration has failed so far, lawsuit is pending.
