Los Helechos is in a perfect location, near bars, restaurants and shops. Very clean apartments equipped with everything we needed. The balcony with a couch is a lovely addition and used every day. The pool area was quiet and very comfortable. The managing company were very helpful and easy to keep in touch with for amy queries we had.

“Value for money, comfortable beds and a lovely sea view.”

The best

Spacious balcony with lovely sea views. Comfy bed. Nice & clean throughout the apartment. Plenty of space for the two of us for a week. Good value for money.

To be improved

The building site next door which had JCB diggers and trucks working on site from 8:30am until 5:30pm each day (bar Sat & Sun). The noise was persistent and distracting - fine for a short period and we kind of got used to it but, if you like to spend lots of time during the day on your balcony or around the complex, it is a consideration to take into account. The view from the balcony is great (as mentioned above) but only if you look in one direction as the building site is just the turn of a head away (see photos). One other thing, there is no way to get back to the apartment without trekking up a mountain of steps or some very steep hills, so another consideration for some of you.

The beds were so comfortable. Great to have 2 bathrooms. The balcony was very spacious with a gorgeous couch. Plus an awning to provide shade. Gorgeous sea view. Loved the big smart TV

To be improved

The numbers on key box are tiny and very hard to read. We arrived in dark and even with torch on phone it was hard to line up numbers. It would be better to hang a long mirror on wall in main bedroom as big brown one in corner hard to get at with bed.

Apartment location was ideal in the complex, really nice balcony. Netflix on the TV, did not need my login. Late check out

No baggage store after check out. They did facilitate a late check out for us
