Lots of space, very calm surroundings, close to the sea. Would recommend this place

The owner was very engaged trying to help and in continuously in contact with me to solve the issues we had at arrival. She send me a lot of information regarding things to do or see around, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, vegetable market near the apartment, etc. She was really engaged and trying to help from the distance, contacting the agency in charge. The apartment was decorated very minimalistic which eases the cleaning (I personally do not like carpets in hotel rooms or rentals!) and maybe for other people could seem a bit "steril" (no decoration). There are 2 bathrooms and 1 guest WC which for bigger families very helpful. The garage with direct connection/entrance to the apartment (basement) was great to keep the car protected from the heat and to bring the groceries direct to the kitchen. There were 2 body boards/boogie at the apartment. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave,washer, big fridge, iron board, 2 coffee machines (capsules and italian espresso), etc. For me it was great (digital work) to have a working desk with monitor and keyboard in the master bedroom. There is a small beach right across the street and the pool direct around the corner of the apartment in the complex (open from 9:00 to 9:00 p.m.). The apartment complex has a very small italian restaurant (pasta and fish) and a pizzeria right next to it and a playground for the kids (1 too at the beach across the street), otherwise the hotel restaurant near the apartment. With a rental car, there are very nice natural beaches nearby (e.g. La Tejita (it has rental umbrellas/beach chairs but no beach bar and a nudist part there too). The beds were ok and relatively comfortable.

The apartment is really great and super location. It's right next to the ocean, quiet and a short work into town. The hosts were very helpful and no complaints.

Everything about this apartment was exceptional. The communication from the owner and host company were excellent both before and during the stay. The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the beds are really comfortable. You have a great view of the sea from the master bedroom. Plenty of hot water and showers with good power. The whole complex is very well kept, especially the pool area and we had no problem in getting a sun bed. It is a short walk to the supermarket (Tip - the opposite way to the town) and there is a couple of lovely restaurants right outside. The apartment is close to the pool area. A very enjoyable 10 minute walk along the prom takes you into El Medano. If I ever return to the area I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
