The gentleman who checked us in (manager, owner?) was really friendly and welcoming. The room was excellent and near to the lift for convenience.

A nice little hotel, conveniently located and with friendly, helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had air con and a nice bathroom too.

To be improved

Have to put down deposit for the tv remote. Otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is on the main road into Los Alcazares old town (not the main through the area, which is where all the big supermarkets are). It is in the Los Narejos area about 5 minutes walk to the beach and three minutes to Avenida Rio Nalon, a pedestrian area with a lot of bars and restaurants. The reception and breakfast/dining room seem newly decorated and modern. The continental breakfast was exceptional with a nice selection of cheeses, meats, breads, cereals, and pastries. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. The bedroom was more basic but large so our triple occupancy had plenty of room. There was a daily cleaning service. There was good storage space by hotel standards. A kettle and coffees were provided. There was plenty of street parking opposite the hotel.

To be improved

The main inconvenience was, possibly because of our triple occupancy, that the table for the coffee kettle had no available plug. Other than unplugging the TV, there was no suitable, safe, plug to use the kettle. The bed mattress was comfortable but firm - not to the liking of all.

We stayed in a super room with a walk in shower, for people like our selfs of a certain age its much better than trying to step into a bath and try to shower. the balcony was an added bonus. Great stay, excellent value for money.
