There was a rodent stuck in the kitchen vent that made noise inorder to escape. It made noise non stop for 4 days. Day and night. I wasn’t able to sleep because the noise was so loud. I complained, reached out, the customer service said that they are trying to contact pest control but they weren’t able to and that they’ll compensate me for the inconvenience. I have not been compensated

“Great apartment with a good connection to the city center”

The apartment is brand new and provides everything you need for a stay - various kitchen appliances, washing machine, iron with the board, etc. The location is very convenient, the bus stop is just around the corner. We came by car and we didn’t have a problem to find a place to park on the neighboring streets.

The only positive aspect of our experience was finally leaving the property and no longer having to deal with their unhelpful customer service.

Bottom line – avoid this place if you can! Our stay was riddled with issues, starting with their abysmal customer service. The biggest problem occurred when the battery of the smart lock on the apartment’s door died at 8 PM. Locked out with three kids, we contacted their WhatsApp support, only to be blamed for "doing something wrong." They refused to send maintenance, leaving us stranded on the stairs for three hours. Eventually, we had to hire a locksmith ourselves, costing €120. Two weeks later, they grudgingly reimbursed us, but their only solution at the time was to send someone the next morning at 11 AM. Unacceptable. The apartment itself is nothing like the listing. It’s located far from the city center in an unpleasant area with scarce parking, requiring long walks through dirty, smoky streets. The building is noisy day and night, with slamming doors and poor acoustics that make rest impossible. Inside, the plumbing in the shower is faulty, causing water to flood the bedroom. We didn’t even bother reporting this, knowing their lack of service. To top it off, one of the beds had no sheets upon arrival. When we asked for them, we were told they’d only be available the next day. While this might seem minor, it added to the overall discomfort and frustration.

It’s new, tidy and clean, and feels like a comfortable home with all facilities we need. And there is quick support of customer service via WhatsApp. And you can have breakfast at the hotel nearby or at the local cafe in few mins walk. We enjoyed the stay so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
