There is some kind of pub near the apartment and is noisy till they close; The owner or the contact person doesn't appear to master the English language very well, and we had trouble communicating. We lost some keys in the apartment and they confirmed that they found them(they sent us a picture), but when I wanted to send a courier to pick them up, they didn't answer anymore to my messages. Also, we stayed 8 days, and during this period, nobody came to clean up the room(apartment). I expected to have some cleaning service for such a long period of time.

The best

in the middle of the centre, the appartment was clean, all what you need was in. Maybe describe where you can buy the coffee caps, right at the supermarket, 10 meters away

To be improved

that in the middle of the city, noise, chatter and music are understandable and not disturbing, but the garbage collection comes every day at 6 in the morning, which bothered me. With earplugs, which I then bought, it was fine. Put earplugs in the room!!

The location was great, very close to Los Cristianos beach and many nice cafes and restaurants. The facilities were overall comfortable.

To be improved

Kitchen equipment could be better and the staff could be more proactive in communicating about check in and other information.

Location, location, location. On the flat, right in the centre of town 30m from the beach. Spotless and well appointed apartment.
