Location!! Apartment!

Cleanliness! No cleaner's came in during 10 day stay, No clean bed linen or clean towels! Not enough towels either!!! We had a massive infestation of Ants and flying Ants! The maintenance company came to enquire!! And all she did was sweep and gave me a can to spray! I was promised they would send someone to fumigate apartment! But that never happened. I had to seal off the door under the stairs myself! (Photo included) Sofa in property very dated and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!

Apartment nice Lovely complex for couples. Not for young people or children

To be improved

No cleaning supplies in apartment no sweeping brush so couldn't sweep floors. Toilet brush in main bathroom was disgusting

Great location, everything there for a holiday stay! Disappointed! We didn't see any cleaners, or staff to change bed, towels etc!! Maintained and cleanliness of resorts very good! Already booked for next year!!!!

To be improved

Pillows!!! Leather sofa( but understand why it's there) Never had to supply our own toilet rolls( but not a major problem)
