the keys didn’t fit correctly, they needed to be wiggled to get them to unlock. not enough towels or lik roll provided

location is excellent. And the price is very reasonable. I would book this apartment on any future trips to Benidorm.

To be improved

Once we picked up the keys, we headed for the apartment using the cars sat nav. It directed us to the left hand entrance to the property. The road we were sent down comes to a one way road ,turning to the left. The entrance to the garage area is to the right. so we had to drive all the way round via the main road to get back to the garage entrance. There will not be that problem again, so not a major issue.

“The Good, Bad & Ugly of Los Pinos”

Delighted with the GOOD things; Excellent location near Benidorm Old Town & the New Town. Lots of storage space for clothing. Balcony closed in made apartment seem bigger & having 2 showers & toilets advantageous. Small sea view very nice. WiFi & bed linen very good. Problems with apartment were communicated via Watsap messages, We were very grateful that some (but not all) issues were resolved.

To be improved

Now to the BAD;, Key pick up at Booking.com office (fair distance away upon arrival) Extra 200eu security deposit required.(was stipulated on booking but given issues with apartment we felt it wholly unnecessary). Shower in main bathroom seal was off (meant water pouring onto floor). One set of towels provided & unable to use washing machine however Booking com sent maintenance man who fixed shower door, brought an extra set of towels & showed us how to use washing machine which was GOOD. A couple of UGLY things to note;: The Electric kettle leaks badly NOT replaced (although told it would be) for duration of our stay. Very poor tableware selection 2 soup mugs & 3 odd mugs. 2 wine glasses, approx 4 highball glasses - I wonder why if an apartment is advertised for 5 people that the tableware is so lacking?
