“Quiet, relaxing break”
The best

Remote location in a very nice town. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet trip, I would strongly recommend. The property has a nice infinity pool with mountainous and sea views. You also have your own hot tub, which in my case was on a rooftop terrace. The town itself (Fargos), has some nice restaurants, cafe's and bars. Be careful of the prices in some. There is a supermarket in the town (roughly a 15 minute walk) which is of benefit due to the accomodations being self catering. The owner is a very nice man who will do anything to accommodate you. On my first day there he drove me round the town to show me where to go. Very thoughtful.

To be improved

I would not recommend this property should you struggle with mobility. The road in and out of the property is on a very steep incline & descent. There are also plenty of steps to navigate on the property itself. I would also recommend you learn basic Spanish phrases prior to visiting. This is not a tourist area, so do not expect people to know your native language should you be a foreign national. Rather than negatives, I would point these as recommendations.

The best

Agustín was the most thoughtful and communicative host- from providing airport transfers to bountiful welcome gifts and bags of fruit- he clearly loves what he does and we love him for it! The villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery and overlooks a gorgeous valley. It is well equipped, clean and unique with a lovely pool and bonus hot tub! Only a scenic 15 minute walk to shops/ restaurants and we found buses to nearby towns very easy to navigate. A big thank you again to Agustín and family! We highly recommend this property!

beautiful place to spend some time away

hot tub can only be used until 7.30pm and can only heat it 10-6pm which just abouts gets the water warm enough, roof lekaed when raining - however saying that, the hosts responded and attended whenever there was any problems
