The apartment is getting a bit tired and there are a few minor maintenance issues. Several doors sticking and not closing properly. New crockery would be good. A lot of the cups and plates are badly chipped.

Although location was great - the stay was totally spoiled by host after our departure. As I expected - so called safety deposit was a total red flag. Basically it's the first time during our 15+ years travel experience when the host sent me photos of some sand left in the shower, bread crumbs on the table, dirty bad linen (wait, what?) and asked to refund the cleaning... Basically quite insulting and felt very unwelcome after that. Unfortunately booking wasn't able to resolve the issue. The state of the house is more or less acceptable for the price, but still quite pricey for the overall condition. The inside doors are quite old and very noisy (especially at night, disturbing baby's sleep every time), shower had a dangerously broken doors for the kids. Kitchenware is quite old, there was not enough dishwasher tablets nor garbage bags even for half of the stay.. the things that are quite basic and I wouldn't even want to think or ask about. The cleanliness leaves questions - with many uncleaned places where it's not seen - however as our kid is very dust sensitive and allergic, that felt pretty bad. Keep in mind the electricity is quite sensitive and we actually had a blackout once in the evening, however had no chance to get help in the late hours - so had to wait all way long till the morning to get everything switched back on.

The washing machine was unusable until we cleaned and scrubbed it thoroughly 3 times to get rid of the black mould and flakey black mould bits. The electric shutter in the living room was not working so no black out for the sofa bed. Reported it twice. Was told technician would come but never did. I'm not used to there being no smoke detectors or information about fire escape in the apartment? The main big problem was only 1 set of keys and I asked twice about an extra set before we came but was told categorically, no. It definitely limited how we could use our time as keys needed to exit from rear to supermarket and to get back into the grounds. Very good for security but not when we wanted to do different things at once within our little family group. There were many errors in the Booking.com information; free toiletries....only handsoap, no body gel or shampoo. Sauna...not true. Coffee house on site..not true. Bar on site...no.... A restaurant with outdoor dining....no. In room amenities include chocolate or cookies ..no. The property offers a paid airport shuttle service...no. The drying rack for clothing was only a small wall mounted one not a large free standing one which was a problem in February. The private pool doesn't open until June. None of these are insurmountable, apart from the keys, but the information should be correct. It's what we based our choice on. If it weren't for the one set of keys, we would consider returning.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, we felt almost locked in, as we were only given one key for our apartment, and you needed the key to exit the entire property. This became especially problematic because we needed to do things separately, but it became impossible with only one key. It made the whole stay inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the maintenance man was very rude and unhelpful, making it clear that we should not expect any kind of assistance. The service was simply terrible. The cleanliness of the apartment was also far from satisfactory. It was obvious that proper cleaning hadn’t been done, and we felt like we had to do the cleaning ourselves. There was also a severe lack of kitchen utensils, which made it impossible to cook proper meals. We contacted the rental company to address these issues, but they only replied many days later and seemed completely indifferent to our complaints. Their lack of response and care only made the stay worse. All in all, this was the worst stay we’ve had in Spain, and we unfortunately cannot recommend this place to anyone. It was a huge disappointment.
