LOTUS SUITES Alicante

I booked this room extremely last minute - we arrived in Alicante and it turned out that the room I thought I had booked (on another service) was not actually booked. So there we were with our bags at 6pm Friday with no room. I booked this room at Lotus Suites wanting to get in ASAP. The representative was very understanding and helpful. Turned out this was the nicest place we stayed on our entire Spain visit. Beautiful sleek space right in the central area at a great price. Our daughter used the pullout couch. Bright modern bathroom. Wonderful balconies. Had I known it was going to be this nice I would have booked here first and stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at Lotus Suites in Alicante and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The self check-in process was incredibly convenient – we were given codes for both the front door and the apartment door, which meant we could arrive at any time and didn’t have to worry about keys. This was perfect for our group, especially when some of us wanted to go out exploring at different times. The apartment itself was beautiful – modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, and soap), and the shower was excellent and powerful. Having a fridge was also a huge bonus in the hot weather, perfect for keeping drinks and snacks cool. The host was amazing – very friendly, accommodating, and kept in regular contact with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going smoothly. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. The apartment is centrally located, just a 12-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes to the tram station for easy travel to Benidorm. Plus, the moment you step out the door, you’re surrounded by cafes and restaurants and bars in every direction. We truly had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lotus Suites to others. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

The location is perfect! The host was very helpful and friendly! There was everything necessary for comfort staying in the apartment.

A modern, cozy and very clean room located right in the center of the city. The apartment is spacious with a comfortable big bed, a kitchen and all things that you can possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in was straightforward and effortless. Communication with the host was very smooth! Loved my stay here and I would recommend it highly! I would definitely book again!
