“Maria is a great host, and the place is amazing! I was surprised with our room; the pictures do not do it justice. The location is nothing short of magic, and it's super close to Mirador Orellan. A few minutes drive down the road, there's a small town with an amazing craft beer / Texan BBQ place, and I was blown away by it. I loved the little tavern, and it's local druid vibes. This is a place I'd love to come back to. As an extra, the cats on the property are the friendliest. · Cons: The only thing I think could be improved is breakfast. It was great, but I'd appreciate some protein, like a fried or scrambled egg.”

“Fantastic place to stay, we loved every minute.”

The best

A must place to stay if you are in the area and love a bit of real atmosphere. Maria is fantastic, at breakfast she will give you plenty of tips on what to see and how to get there. Just down the hill is a super picnic & swimming lake with a little beach bar with canoe rental. Make sure to do the 5km walking loop up to the Mirador de Orellán (from the accommodation). Maria also cooks a super meal and the hobbit houses are lovely.

To be improved

Nothing, the place is great for couples, families and adventurers, however if you are looking for the clinical surroundings of a modern hotel then it may not be for you.
