Great modern flat, comfortable with great view of the beach. Parking was perfect.

Lacked cleaning: kitchen dishes, pans and pots were dirty. Toilet paper was scarse (we had to buy more for a 3 day stay). Sofa was really stained and furniture was quite dusty. Showergel was at a minimum too. Swimming pool was closed and we were only informed after we checked in. Some more appliances didn't work (coffee machine, tv, etc). Much to improve in hosting for such a high potential flat.

Jimena very helpful and gave us lots of info about the area. Always quick to respond when we asked a question. Apartment very nice and had all you needed. Private parking excellent facility. Easy to reach centre of Malaga so ideal for our stay.

To be improved

There wasn’t a kettle when we arrived. Once this was mentioned Jimena arranged to get one for us later which was helpful. No info pack in apartment or how to explain TV use - luckily once we asked for help we were given it. Most other properties we have been in supply a detailed book with information for the stay. We also had to ask for more toilet paper as there was only half a roll in each bathroom. One more roll was willingly supplied but we bought the rest. The keys into the apartment didn’t always work easily. Which became frustrating. We used the fob for other doors on the buildings. A pity so many bars and restaurants were closed at this time of year, seasonal clearly. It limited our choice of evening meal (a point to note for other visitors).
