This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment rental. From start to finish, everything was a nightmare! Horrible Conditions: • The apartment smelled like food upon arrival. • The sofa was grimy and covered in stains, and everything in the kitchen was greasy to the touch. • The bed was an absolute disaster—I found a spider, hair from other people, and sheets that were neither white nor clean. • In the bathroom, the shower gel bottle was dusty, which made me question when the place was last cleaned. Amenities Misrepresentation: They claimed to provide amenities but left only used coffee, oil, and oregano—not exactly what I expected. • Customer Service: I tried contacting the property multiple times, but no one answered. Booking.com was unhelpful, offering no alternative solutions. When I finally reached the property owner the next day, they were rude, accused me of lying about the cleaning, and even hung up on me. • Sleeping Conditions: The mattress was a thin, uncomfortable sponge, and I couldn’t sleep at all. For the same price you can stay in A BETTER PLACE!

No kettle. Apartment was clean but one evening we found one cockroach. We spotted mold in the coffee pot.
