Lovely 1Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Malaga - WIFI&AC

The bathroom shower was overflowing that we have to map the floor because of the water, then we informed the owner of the apartment of the situation, instead of apologizing he’s a rude “saying that he doesnt know that theirs a existing problem, though they fixed the problem, the maintenance guys didn’t bother cleaning the shower where all his footprint were left on the shower floor. He also told us that the cause of the overflowing water was our way of using the shower that we should control the flow of the water, when the real problem was the shower was clogged. The owner didnt even apologize for the inconvinienced that we encountered.

First of all there is no self check-in.So you have to wait for a lady to come to meet you and give the hey.We came after she left the apartment so we had to contact her ,call her in order to come back. I dont want to get in contact to your employees ...update yourself to self chek-in . The second important aspect is the cleanliness of the apartment which was totally lacking.The bedroom had a bad smell because of the mould that the owners hid behind a wallpaper and a cupboard.The air conditioner in the bedroom was not cleaned for years and could not be used because of the noise it emitted and the one in the living room does not work. If you come in the summer there is every chance you will be bitten by mosquitoes and other insects.Although we were informed that we had to wait for the cleaning to be completed when we arrived at the apartment it did not look like a place that had been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet lid was broken, the bathroom door would not close as it was swollen and full of holes.If you took a shower the bathroom would fill with water.The only positive aspect was the existence of the bidet. This is not a 10 star standard apartment as stated on the booking but is a location that has not been improved in years. I recommend that in the future when you stay at this location to leave real reviews in accordance with those found in the places where you have stayed to avoid situations where those who come after you to be affected and not knowing the real conditions, the presentation on the booking site does not reflect the reality.
