Lovely Apartment Beach Front & Pool

The place was very spacious and had a lot of room for the whole family. It was just a very short walk from the beach. The hosts also prepared a folder with all the information that you need about the apartment and the surrounding area. They also provided beach towels and sand toys.

The apartment is extremely well equiped, very clean and comfortable to stay in. It is on the 5th floor with an elevator with a very beautiful view of Muchavista beach. We could watch sunrise from the balcony and sunset from kitchen window. Apartment has 2 bathrooms with large showers, one of them in the largest bedroom. The kitchen is very well equiped with everything you need, even things like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil etc could be found. All necessary stuff for hand washing and machine washing is available (meaning both dishes and clothes washing). Tap water has a slight scent of chlorine, but after filtering (filter jug also available) it is absolutely good to drink. The air conditioning and wifi are working very well. Next to the buliding there is a swimming pool and a tennis court (behind the fence, accessible only for building residents). Very pretty and well maintained garden. The beach is just across the street and the tram station is 600m away. The tram takes you to Alicante in appr. 20 minutes and it runs every 30 minutes. You can hear sounds of the tram, but it's not noisy, also the street is very quiet. The loudest sound you can hear is the sea :) Within walking distance you can find restaurants and tapas bars. Large supermarket is appr 15 minutes walk away. The owners are very responsive and flexible - they allowed us to stay until 3pm, as there was no one else coming to the apartment on the same day.
