Nothing much! Very disappointed.

To be improved

Very ‘tired’ and old. Dirty, stained pillows, socket hanging off wall in kitchen. Window shutter opener broken - so unable to use. Old, mouldy silicone around the tap. No chairs to take down/use by pool area.

It was large and airy and was in a very good location

Some instructions about the tv, hot water system would be helpfull as would WiFi instructions being more prominent in there location. Car parking space was very tight.

“Double charged by bookings.”

About a five minute walk from the castle and old town. 15 minute walk to the marina. Nice and clean, well equipped.

To be improved

I was double charged for the dog. Bookings charged me and then I arrived and they refused to give me the keys until I paid cash, again. The beds are wrapped in plastic and hard as the floor. Perhaps if you're incontinent you need plastic sheets. Most of us prefer comfort. Instead. Construction starts hammers and drills at 8 am daily. .

I liked that we were met at the apartment block on time. The apartment was immaculately clean with good facilities in the kitchen, bathrooms and lounge. It is good that it is apposite a park. The host, but not the person on the website, responded quickly to our requests

Not knowing that it was next to a major, busy and noisy road, which was not relaxing. The apartment description and photos are accurate on the website, but we were disappointed that it did not face inwards to the gardens, and leisure facilities, which the website gives the impression that it is a picturesque outlook. In fact the apartment looks out from the lounge and bedrooms to the busy and noisy, major road. Not having a person to greet us who spoke English and explain everything in the apartment, as the website indicates. Two of the the rooms shutters did not work, so couldn’t open the bedroom one for daylight, and couldn’t close a lounge shutter because it was broken.
