Three nights my husband got up to make tea and found a cockroach on the handle of the kettle. Yeuch!!!

The Host gave us the information for the check in and keys a day prior to our arrival, which was really handy. The Apt. exactly how it is shown on the photos. The Kitchen was very well equiped, 2 Coffee machines, hot water boiler, plenty of plates, pans, cooking pots, dish washer, washing machine - perfect. BBQ on terrace. Great pool area with service and food - low prices. Pool with sea water so do not expect it to be heated. comfortable. Main bedroom - very comfortable. 1 guestbed and 1 sofabed ok. Parking always available.

To be improved

TV programmes were not accessable. You could use your own accounts for Netflix and others though. At present there is a building area just across of the Apt. So expect noise from Monday-Friday starting at 09:00. am until 16:00h which is heard within the Apt. but not at the pool area.

“Had much better for such price”

The best

The place has a nice patio which has direct sun from the middle of the day till the evening. Apartment itself is OK, nothing fancy, but has everything you need - microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven. There are two sofa beds and one double bed. Boiler is big so enough hot water. We did not use swimming pool which you can reach down the hill - 3 min on foot. Area seemed calm, but in the middle of nowhere. Self check-in is nice. The host was friendly, communication was smooth, she sent all instructions via WhatsApp with video.

We saw one cockroach upon arrival, the big one, inside the room, it went under the sofa, but haven't seen any more for the rest 3 days. Apartment has some wear and tear - pots have to be replaced. Next to the apartment there is a big construction going on. They were drilling, so lots of noise. Looks like it will be going on for quite some time - they are building new luxury villas. Apartment is in the middle of nowhere. In the evening does not feel very safe. Having a car I think is a must. Noise insulation is bad - you hear everything your neighbour talks or does. Pool is not within the complex, but is 3 min away.

Very quiet location. Village centre with nice restaurants and Playa de Ajabo beach are in 8-10 min walk, swimming pool with ocean view in 1 min walk. Flat is spacious, clean and well equipped, we liked the terrace with barbeque very much. Parking at nearby streets was always available.
