“Great apartment and location”

The property manager was super nice and helped us when needed. Communication was good and fast. Location is great, walking distance to supermarkets and only five-ten minutes away from the beach, Martianez and many restaurants. The apartment had all the features and utilities we needed during our stay.

The best

Bed is very comfortable and appartment had almost everything we needed. Welcome bottle of wine for us. Very good location, few minutes walk from city center and supermarkets and shopping mall. Natalie is super friendly and can help if you need something.

To be improved

Location - it’s “closish” to the beach, there is no private beach front as in description and the beach is bad. Very hard to find parking spot, you have to cruise almost 20 minutes and to be lucky to park close to the building.

To be improved

The property does not look like the pictures posted in Booking site. Furniture was dated and covered with dust. Toilet emitted foul smell with visible stain and grime in shower room, tiles, etc.

“Cute Studio close to city center.”

Extremely clean and comfortable Apt. Small but functional, cute balcony with city and ocean view. Clean bathroon with good water pressure and good hot water.

To be improved

We had to wait for someone to exit the build so we could go in, keys were in a lockbox by the door of the apt. There was no one to open the main building door, no doorman or apt host.

“Lovely apartment in Puerto de la Cruz”

The apartment is lovely decorated, spacious, has all the facilities you need and the beds are very comfortable. The whole place was very clean and the views from the terrace were nice. The communication with the host was smooth and she helped me with everything I needed.

To be improved

The parking in the area is free, but finding a place to park on the adjacent streets is nearly impossible. This is a general problem in the whole city, but luckily, there is an immense parking lot near the port where you can park and it's like 10 mins walking distance. This is a good thing to know beforehand so you don't waste too much time trying to find a parking spot in the area. Another small inconvenience is that the keys need to be taken from a box in front of the door, so the first time you arrive there, there is no way to enter the building unless someone else is coming in or out. But these are minor things and I would definitely recommend this place.
