“Wonderful, comfortable townhouse with good size garden!”

The best

I loved that it was a corner property with a large outdoor area. I loved that there was a washing machine in the property. I loved that there were 2 bathrooms one upstairs one downstairs. Loved that the main upstairs bedroom had 2 balconies. I liked the decor and the comfort of the beds. There was a Spanish and International supermarket just around the corner. Marina Rubicon is just a 10 minute walk and we also enjoyed our 20 minutes promenade walk to the main sandy beach and another 10 minutes walk into the main shopping street. I loved it so much I would buy it if it was for sale.

To be improved

It would have been even better if there was a dishwasher and a long mirror downstairs. The garden would have maximum usage if the black sand area of the garden was grass.

Very good location 10 minutes walk to Marina. Very pleasant complex well looked after. As the property is an end plot it has a great garden area. The washer/dryer

To be improved

Apart from the recently refurbished shower room which was good,the rest of the property was dated. Strangely the gold handles had all been painted white, but all the paint was pealing off. The stairs have all been painted white too but had dark marks on them. The curtains in the main room didn’t fit so you couldn’t close them properly. Not good when in the property at night. Only one bath towel and a flannel size hand towel was made available per person, we solved this issue by using the washer dryer however, I would have thought it would have been more cost effective to provide more? Normally a bottle of water atleast is provided by the owners for arrival but not in this case. So when we arrived late this was disappointing.
