Lovely first floor apartment, heating pool !

This property needs a lot of improvement. It’s clear from the get go the owners have no experience with people staying for a week or more. Every day during our stay (my wife and I, our 16 month old baby and my parents in law) we had an unpleasant or negative experience. On booking we had requested a cot for the baby. A day before arrival we were told it’s €60 extra which had to be paid for before arrival. TV remote was not working, even after the batteries were changed (ones we had to buy ourselves), there was no way to turn on the Tv from the start of our stay and after complaining to the owner were were told the new tv remote was ordered but were not provided the remote before we left, One morning we woke up to ants in our main bathroom sink, they were also on the floor (we messaged the caretaker who provided us with the ant spray as well as ensuring us this has not happened before but after the check out we read reviews and someone complained of this back in July) another day we realised there were only 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper provided, we were not given any bin bags but in the manual it said the bins have to be emptied before check out, there was a washing machine but no detergent was provided, the washing up liquid was left for us but only a 5th of the bottle was full, there was also no kitchen towel or no kitchen paper towel. We also could not find the parking space in the garage - space number was provided but instructions which turn to take was not given and the garage was so big and confusing we ended go leaving the car on the street. The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were dirty (pillow case was clean but the pillow underneath was clearly dirty and the pillow case was small so the dirty part kept sticking out. I rarely feel so negative about a place. I think we had our hopes really high since the complex is so new. But it would make our stay so much more enjoyable if these issues were resolved or did not occur in the first place.
