The best

The host was already waiting for us outside when we arrived. Then he took us to the flat where he showed everything. I really liked the friendliness and availability from the host, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short holiday. The location was really good, some minutes walk to the beach and you have everything you need around.

To be improved

The noise during the night, mainly towards the weekend, in the street, but I guess that is the price to pay when you stay in a area with more turists. Just close the windows and you are ok.

The location was close to the bus terminal, also close to a number of restaurants, shops, etc. The main beach was also only a few blocks away, all within a walking distance. Alex was friendly and communicated well regarding the arrival time and the handover of condo keys. Condo itself was spacious, with the appliances one would need for a comfortable stay.

To be improved

The worst problem was the noise - the windows, although fairly modern, did not stop the noise from the street from penetrating the condo - this went on at all hours of the night, all the way up to 5-6 a.m. I suspect the topmost windows do not close completely, so we had to listen to conversations/yelling of drunk party people all night. Same with the engine noise from cars and motorbikes, honking, etc. Furthermore, it is impossible to block the light from entering through the windows, because the curtains leave a lot of space open. You will NOT get a good night's sleep until the owners fix this 2 issues. A number of power outlets hang from the wall, creating a potential hazard. In general, the condo could use a little more care - painting, adding power outlets, considering the price charged. The sofa should have a leather or leatherette upholstery - something that would have a better smell resistance in such a humid climate.. One word about the kitchen knives - bad. Please, get some decent knives that do not bend so easily : ) Also, a cutting board or two would be nice.
