“Great holiday in Pueblo Primavera apartment”

The best feature was the large terrace. Faces South West so let's of sun most of the day, but full width awning if you want shade. Apartment was very clean and just as the photos. The staff at Island Prime Holidays who own and manage the apartment were brilliant, great people to deal with when the need arose. Proactive when they needed to be.

“Lovely spacious self catering apartment”

The best

Check in and out was easy with code given for a key safe.Lovely quiet and well equipped spacious apartment for self catering. Good washing machine and nice shower. Plenty of hot water. The position of the terrace was great for catching the morning sun and for the rest of the day too. Nice clean swimming pool (but we were there at the end of Feb. 2025 so the water was cold! Only swam in the pool once because the water was so cold.)

To be improved

Parking as it was always tricky to find a space. No TV instructions in English. No Sun loungers for the patio, just a table and chairs. We had a hired car. It was needed to get to any decent beaches as no local ones and also to reach the bigger supermarkets for shopping.

“Good location, getting a bit worn.”

Overall the location is quite good. Close to the seaside malecon/esplanade for long walks. The whole area is quite walkable and there are small supermarkets and many restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Very large sunny terrace. Property manager was responsive to our concerns. Communication before and during our rental period was excellent. Most days we had street parking quite close to our apartment.

To be improved

The apartment is a bit tired and worn and could use a refurbishment. We had a number of small problems on arrival - lights burned out, one toilet didn't flush, a few small sugar ants in the kitchen and small bathroom, one electrical switch and plug that didn't work properly because it was incorrectly wired. All of these problems were fixed within a couple of days of having reported them to the management (due to being over a weekend). The bedroom windows are not far from a busy roadway and early morning traffic (around 6:00 a.m.) woke us most mornings. Some of the dishes were not clean and we had to wash them before using them.

A spacious room with a wonderful view, a cozy terrace, and access to a pool. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Clean and beautiful.

To be improved

It's a small thing, but slippers were slightly missing. Also, keep in mind that the property is a bit far from good beaches, so it's best to stay here with a car.
