“Great apartment”

The best

Very nice apartment, close to the beach & all amenities of Benalmadena. Apartment had everything you need for your stay & a good size terrace for al fresco dining or relaxing. The pool area was great.

To be improved

only negative was being charged €10 for sunbeds, although this did include cushions & was nothing to do with the apartment owners (separate block management company)

Good location. Apartment was functional. Sufficient cooking facilities & utensils if you wished to cook a meal. Good air con. Shop in the apartment complex which was convenient. Nice view out into the gardens & towards the sea. 6 pools & good slides.

My first impression of Benal Beach was not great as the receptionist we met on arrival was both rude & ignorant. We missed not being able to communicate the receptionists as we would have on other holidays. Apartment itself was quite dated. Pools needed to be cleaned. Felt people should be expected to rinse their feet, at least, before entering the pool as they were walking in the grass/dry soil area & then taking grass/dirt into the pools on their feet.

The best

The apartment is in a complex which has swimming pools, a small restaurant, a supermarket and some shops. It is situated close to the sea and not far from the centre of the town. There is a ski jet rent point not far from the complex. There is a big garden in the complex with a lot of flowers and trees where you can have a rest. There is all you need in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. We really liked the dishwasher. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is not hot there.

To be improved

Everything was great except the bathroom! It was a real catastrophe. The shower was old and dirty, the tap in the shower didn’t function properly.
