“Lovely family home with great outside space.”

We particularly liked the pool and the secluded garden area. Also its proximity to the town centre and the bus station.

To be improved

The air-conditioning was only in the bedrooms and was on a timer which meant we had no control to use it as we wanted. Some of guests were cold through the night and some would have preferred it on longer during the afternoon. There was no dedicated parking space on the premises or outside so we often had to park away from the house.

“Excellent villa, would definitely recommend to a family”

The best

The villa is very deceptive, it doesn’t look like anything special from the outside and the surrounding area is not very attractive however , once you go through the front door it is a different story. Beautiful villa with an amazing garden and pool area. Absolutely spotlessly clean with every facility required. Pollensa old town was so accessible, just a few minutes walk away.

To be improved

Although it does not have an official parking space we never had an issue parking right outside. The air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t seem to be working and the notices said we couldn’t touch the controls as it was automatic. Only became a problem on the last day when it was very hot. Also absolutely no wardrobe space in one of the twin bedrooms. The villa is situated right next to a very busy road, although you would never know visually when you are sat in the garden it is quite noisy but to be fair we didn’t really notice it after a day or two.
