To be improved

The villa is in desperate need of some upgrades. Outside furniture very shabby, cracked and broken. Only one large & one small towel was provided for each of us for the entire stay. Therefore had to wash them twice a day to ensure we had clean towels for morning and evening showers. Upstairs bathroom shower failed to drain away causing a flood on the first evening. The owner said she would contact a plumber and send someone around with more towels however neither of these were done. The villa is in a quiet location and would definitely recommend having a car. Comfy bed was a positive. Would be lovely villa if some updating happened and outside furniture replaced.

“LOVELY VILLA KILUKA is indeed LOVELY !”

Villa Kiluka is indeed LOVELY! It's in a very quiet residential complex. I had a Citroen C3 Aircross hire car and parking in the driveway can be a challenge at first, but I quickly learnt that coming in from the bottom end with the Villa on my right was a lot easier direction to park. The Villa is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The swimming pool is nice and clean and a good size. The owner is quick to reply and respond to any messages, for e.g, the front drive gate jammed and the maintenance man was there in 20 minutes from my message for assistance. You really will benefit from a hire car here as it's a bit too far to lug shopping to/from if you want to cook. Also it is super easy to drive in Lanzarote if you consider yourself a decent driver.

To be improved

An oven glove would be a handy addition. The Grey wicker Garden furniture could do with a little TLC and the plastic lounger hidden under the lovely red flower bush in the front garden, should either be cleaned and put back into use or disposed of. None of these things affected the enjoyment of our holiday, but these little tweeks would just mean a 10 rating instead of a 9.

“Lovely Villa Kiluka”

Villa Kiluka is truly exceptional. The owner is fantastic, very kind and helpful. The pool was heated when we arrived and we enjoyed it in December and January, which was incredible. The kids had great fun. Inflatables were provided. The villa is fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and we felt like home for 3 weeks. Beds are comfortable, TV is smart with Netflix Disney etc. Free WiFi was great as well. Plenty of storage, hangers, lots of towels and extra bedding too. Dishwasher and washing machine were excellent. The property has a great privacy, outdoor seating and is very safe with a gate for the driveway. BBQ is great and there are sunbeds on both sides of the property. We highly recommend this villa and we will be back for sure. Flamingo beach is 3 minutes drive and city centre is 5. There is a small shop walking distance and Montana Roja walk path is a 2 minute walk. The property is within a gated community and the communal bins are at the gate too. The property also has several balconies which make the house very quirky and lovely. There are several communal outdoor swimming pools within the gated community and it is perfect for families. Great Villa has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous holiday in Playa Blanca, the hosts were super and very welcoming, we would definitely stay here again.
