The best

The villa is very spacious. Beds are super comfy. Cot provided was excellent. Pool was a beautiful temperature and cleaned 2x during the week. Brilliant facilities in the appt. Loads of towels available for indoor and outdoor use. Wonderfully clean appt. Communication with management company was flawless. Free parking always available.

To be improved

There is a strong sewage smell coming from the downstairs toilet that is very unpleasant.

Just as it says in the name, the Villa Sanmar was lovely. Great that there was a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen and the pool area was spacious and clean. Pool man came twice during our stay. A more residential area, there were instructions for quiet times, which would not suit everyone.

To be improved

Villa was perfect, no complaints there. The walk to the Marina, and further on into Playa Blanca ensured we kept our steps up each day. However, most evenings we took a taxi back to the Villa due to the distance and the lack of street lights once you left the main roads.

“Perfect stay, comfortable, peaceful and quiet”
The best

Location was great, very quiet which is what we wanted. It is a walk from the centre, but didn’t cause any issues for us. Villa itself is lovely, clean and bright with all the mod-cons that you’d need. Pool area was spacious with plenty of seating choices. Beds very comfortable and airy

To be improved

Nothing, the only ‘complaint’ is that the garden is so well protected that the Canarian winds you typically experience didn’t get anywhere near us! Off season, this would be a positive :-)
