Just a little confusion around the outside key - the translation from the original check-in instructions did not make it clear that the lock box was across the road on another door. It is a very busy street, especially at night when we checked in, adding to the confusion.

To be improved

We had noticed from other reviews that noise might be an issue - it was. As we were 3 adults coming and going at different times we were restricted with only one set of keys - even following a request for a second set.

To be improved

I had to repeat the registration procedure twice. We had to wait in the street for more than 15 minutes to check in, although we texted about our arrival time well in advance. Three table lamps and the coffee machine aren't working, indicating little care in the details. One of the two bedrooms has a small mattress (120 cm) that is not suitable for two people. Therefore, I would not rent it to more than 3 people. One of the two bathrooms is not a complete bathroom, as you just get only a WC and a sink. At check-out, it looked like apt managers were only interested in getting an early checkout, maybe to arrange the cleaning at their convenience. It's a pity because the apt in itself is great, but it doesn't seem well managed

“Excelent apartment”

The best

The location is perfect, the apartment is clean and spacious, has all the amenities needed for exelent stay. It is located in a pedestrian street, 8 minites walk to the Playa de Postiguet, 5 minutes walk to the old city of Alicante and 3 minutes walk to Explanada de España in Alicante. Many wonderful restaurants and coctail bars right in front of the building and nearby streets. Strongly recomend it for families and couples.

To be improved

Everything was perfect. There was small noise during weekend (Friday and Saturday) from the nearby night bar, but not that loud to disturb us or our sleep.
