The place was clean, but description was misleading and it had the following issues: Not beachfront - 600m from beach is not beachfront (also very steep long stairs to the property) No parking on site and not told where you can park, despite saying secure parking 🅿️ n the ad - ended up parking on the pavement and after 3 days towed with a €130 tow/impound fee No garden as indicated in the ad - there is a roof balcony with one plant in a pot Bannisters are not covering all steps (first 10 steps are slick walls on both staircases) (not covering 2 steps is the Spanish law) and have gaping holes either side on both staircases (not safe for children) You can see into one of the double bedrooms from the mid floor lounge and have to go through this bedroom to get to other 2 rooms, so limited privacy for that person Constant construction going on, 9-5 next door, bordering the roof balcony and so not really usable as a space Blinds are mismatched and do not cover the bedroom window, so light streams in Broken blind in the lounge - so it cannot be opened (broken mechanism) Lockbox was mysteriously removed on second day without notice Safe in the lounge has been pried open, so unusable for valuables Fuse box has a cover missing and all switches exposed Shower heads are sitting on faucets and don’t have wall fittings, so you have to hold for a shower, but heat/pressure are good (although any more than mid setting is scalding) When contacting host at 2:45pm (for parking advice) prior to 3pm check in, he was unavailable and when we did talk at 3:30pm, he was blunt and came over as aggressive initially

80 outside steps to reach the house. Bad sewage smell in the house. No instructions on how to get WiFi, where to dispose of rubbish, how to work heat etc. No host to show you around. Shower in upstairs bathroom is a hand held nozzle so difficult to wash hair etc. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to lack of privacy in the lower floor. Upstairs bed was very noisy and uncomfortable with a definite dip in the middle. Outdoor space was nice but, unfortunately for us, there was construction going on in the building next door so, constant jack hammers going all day so, we actually couldn't use the terrace. Workmen could see right into the bedroom.

1) The pictures clearly shows two different terrases, however the terrace on picture 17/21 with a very nice view is not from this house. This is really not okay!!! 2) The double bed under the stairs was without windows and open view to the living room. The only exit from the other bed-rooms is through this one, so no privacy at all. 3) Bathroom floor in the basement slopes incorrectly, leading water from the shower in the bedroom if you are not carefull. 4) The bed in the top floor bedroom is very soft and the springs are really noisy every time you turn around.
