“It was a very enjoyable experience in the heart of Santa Cruz!”
The best

The location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants in Santa Cruz. The Mercado Central was also very close. The south facing windows provided lots of light and sunshine. The washing machine and the clotheslines were an added bonus.

To be improved

There were no plugs for either the bathroom or the kitchen sink. We bought a bread knife as there was nothing suitable. There were extra pillows for the bed but no extra pillow cases.

“Pleasant stay but the beds were super uncomfortable.”

We had to wait for someone to hand over the keys. Waited approximately 15 minutes but it's alright. Would suggest next time maybe for the person to wait there.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Every night we would sweat extremely making it unpleasant to sleep there. Not sure if it was the bed or the bed covers.
