Check in and check out was very easy, excellent location, very well equipped, lovely stay, hosts are very friendly and arranged transport also. Would definitely return

The best

Very good location. It's a small place, but comfortable and cozy. It's a calm area to have a drink at your small, but nice private space. Near to the castle, it was a nice walk up.

To be improved

One thing that was less good was the drain, it took a while for the water to go down the drain.

The location and the neighbourhood are perfect. Castle just at your doorstep. Does get busy at the weekend.

To be improved

It needs some repairs and deep scrub, it wasn't very clean, some black hair in bed and dirt at the bedhead that hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The bathroom had dirt and black grime balls on the floor, staircase sticky and oven was filled with cooked chips that were left there for few days from previous guests..it was full for grease and smell. There is no ventilation, so there is a lot of damp smell. There are no utensils for cooking on the pan. The bed is not very comfortable (too soft), and pillows are too big, but that is my personal preference.
