Stayed for an event, and its proximity was perfect. Great communication with the landlord. Very clean room with all amenities included.

To be improved

Had no noise issues in my case, everything was ok. But as this is a rented out room which is attached to the main property, you are dependant on the possible noise levels that the other tenants / landlord may generate.

bad small of humidity, no place to hang anything, very expensive for the position and the quality. all the sheets and towels were smelling very bad of humidity and the room was very dusty.
