The best

Excellent position, withing easy walking distance of everything you could need. Building is clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful, even allowing us early access.

The best

Spacious flat on the fifth floor with relatively quiet surrounding. It was close (10~15 minutes walking) to the historical sites. The flat was generally clean, kitchen was well-equipped (dishwasher, utensils, etc.).

To be improved

It’s a slightly old apartment and furniture, and not very well maintained (few broken stuff). The bathroom had no ventilation. The terrace looks neglected. Mattresses need to be replaced; they were very uncomfortable. The check-in instructions were unclear. The process could be greatly improved by providing in advance the code for the main-door intercom/entry system and guidance on which elevator to use (we took our bags to the fifth floor, only to be told by the host to use a different elevator, which is something was not mentioned before).
